Summer Peer Mentoring Program

Led by peer mentors who are students identified as leader among the community, the AAARCC Summer Mentoring Program (SMP) is a 10-week program with alternating between virtual group sessions and virtual individual check-ins happening every week! The topics covered in the program include aspects of racial identity, building community, campus involvement, and leadership.

In addition, participants will join three virtual gathering coordinated by the AAARCC: Welcome Event, Mid-Program Event, and Closing Event.

Participants of the program will connect with current student leaders and student organizations, get a lot of insider tips about academic and social life at Purdue, and get an early start on their college experience!
